      • YOUR NAME: Your Full Name
      • EMAIL ADDRESS: your full email address
    • SERVER INFORMATION
      • ACCOUNT TYPE: IMAP
      • INCOMING MAIL SERVER: mail.yourdomain.co.za
      • OUTGOING MAIL (SMTP) mail.yourdomain.co.za
      • (always mail. then your domain name)
    • LOGON INFORMATION 
      • USERNAME:name@yourdomain.co.za
      • (always your full email address)
      • PASSWORD: as supplied

    • GO TO MORE SETTINGS
    • THEN GO TO OUTGOING SERVER
      • Select = My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication.
      • Select =Use same settings as my incoming mail server.
    • GO TO ADVANCED
      • SERVER PORT NUMBERS
      • INCOMING PORT : 993
      • INCOMING MAIL: SSL
      • OUTGOING MAIL (SMTP): 587
      • OUTGOING MAL MAIL: AUTO or SSL
    • • ACCOUNT TYPE: POP3
      • INCOMING MAIL – POP: 995  (Turn on SSL/TLS)
      • OUTGOING MAIL – SMTP: 465 (Turn on SSL/TLS)

• IMAP will also keep all mail on the server and fill up your mailbox If limit is reached you will be upgraded to the next package.
